Management Guidance

Trainees will participate in routine individual and group meetings with senior management, mentors, and HR to receive valuable feedback on their progress and performance, and to present innovative business concepts. This coaching framework is crafted to empower them to reach their full potential.

During their training journey, trainees are expected to analyze operations thoroughly, pinpointing areas for improvement and suggesting innovative business ideas. These insights will be further developed into actionable strategies based on recommendations from department and business unit leaders.

Learning Programme

Trainees and academy alumni are expected to participate in a comprehensive learning program with yearly assessments. This program encompasses soft skills, leadership development, industry exposure, operations, compliance, service excellence, and overall professional growth. They are also encouraged to seek company sponsorship for external courses that align with business needs.

Global Exposures

Potential academy graduates equipped with appropriate skillsets will be assessed. Suitable ones will be appointed to support local, regional or global business assignments or seconded to worldwide offices within our global network.
